Permits are not required for wolf hunts in Alberta and there is no bag limit for hunts.  Wolf hunts are booked two hunters at a time for a 6-day hunt running from mid-January through March.

Hunters are greeted at the Calgary International Airport (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) and transportation to one of two base camps is provided.  The Ya-Ha-Tinda Ranch base camp is located on the Red Deer River and the second camp on the Fallen Timber Creek.  Both camps consist of wall-tents with wood stoves for hunter lodging and a cook tent in which the outfitters prepare and provide all meals.  From either base camp hunters will be guided on daily hunts on horse-back.

Availability Dates:

Wolf season runs from September 1st to June 15th but we prefer to schedule our wolf hunting services between mid-January through March.

Unlimited hunts available.  Dates are flexible from mid-January through March.
